About the role:
As an Engineer II, Electronics Compliance, you will be part of our Compliance team, working in an ISO 17025–accredited laboratory. In this role, you’ll be responsible for executing compliance tests and preparing high quality reports for all Enphase products.

What you will be doing:
- Perform compliance testing in our ISO 17025–accredited lab, applying detailed knowledge of industry standards and best practices
- Collaborate with Nationally Recognized Testing Labs (NRTLs) to coordinate regulatory testing activities
- Support regulatory approval processes by demonstrating product compliance with applicable standards
- Lead efforts to obtain and maintain self certification status for our products
- Contribute to team objectives by assisting with related tasks as needed
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field—or equivalent relevant experience
- Strong understanding of electrical and electronic engineering principles
- At least 2+ years of recent experience in compliance/homologation, product design or development, or testing of complex electronic products
- Experience with photovoltaic systems, energy storage devices, or power electronics is an advantage
- Working knowledge of relevant standards such as:
o IEC/UL 62368
o IEC/UL 61010-1
o IEC/UL 62109-1
o Other applicable standards - Familiarity with national and international regulations and the ability to work with Local Authorities Having Jurisdiction (LAHJ) or regulatory bodies is a plus

We will NOT be reviewing any international candidates. Applicants MUST hold a current New Zealand Work Visa (or similar) or be eligible to work in New Zealand as sponsorship is not available. Applicants may be eligible for relocation withing NZ.
